Well known and respected Ypsilanti businessman who was a friend to all, died suddenly Wednesday March 16, 2016 at his residence. He was born March 8, 1958, in Farmington Hills, Michigan, the son of Jack M. and Jo V. (Greenstreet) Brown. He was a proud 1976 graduate of Ypsilanti High School, where he was a member of the championship swim team. He was the owner and broker of Ehman & Greenstreet Real Estate and Insurance where he became the third generation of his family to serve the community. He was a huge supporter of Ypsilanti where he participated in many events and clubs including the Ypsilanti Rotary Club, Elvisfest, Heritage Festival and Strawberry Festival. He was a Past President of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors. He will always be remembered for his generous spirit, kind heart and quick humor. He loved all things outdoors including hunting, camping, boating and barbequing and a great fireworks show. He loved both his Harley’s, the bike and his dog. He is survived by his brother Jeff Brown of Belleville, his sister Tammy (Bob) Thornton of Ypsilanti and his fiancée Donna Greer of Ypsilanti. Clark came from a large family and he also leaves to cherish his memory many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins too numerous to enumerate here. He also leaves to mourn his passing many, many friends and his Ehman & Greenstreet “family”, also too numerous to list but too important in his life to not mention. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jack M. Brown. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Janowiak Funeral Home with Pastor Briony Desotell of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Cremation will follow.
