Wife Martha "Patsy" Grenade born 1780 died bet 1850-1860 both buried on old family farm about one mile North up Big Peyton Creek Rd. from Little Creek Rd. in what is today Tom Falcone Apple Orchard. Pa and Martha had 11 children that I know of. Asa born Va, 1800 died 1841 Johnson Indiana, Elam B. b. 4/28/1802 Va. d. 6/22/1873 . Rebecca b. 1803 d. 1870-1880 Effingham Illinois married Bill Parkhurst, Bennett, b. 1807, John Jr. 9/12/1809 Tn. Davis Cemetery, Thomas b. 1812 Tn. Martha b, 1813 Tn. "M" John Evans. Sally b. 9/18/1814 Tn. "m" Miles Austin, William E. , Caroline b. 1823Tn "m" Nelson Brown, Robert Allen Russell b. 9/5/1824 Sm.
