Carol A. Barron was born on December 12, 1941 in Derry, a daughter of John Barron and Ann (Frenchik) Barron.

Carol married John Krinock, and they became the parents of a son and a daughter.

She was a Derry Township Tax Collector until her retirement. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Carol was a member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Bradenville, and its Ladies Guild.

At the age of 74, Carol A. (Barron) Krinock, of Derry, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at her residence.

Carol was survived by her husband, John H. “Jack” Krinock, of Derry; one son, John S. “Jack” Krinock, and his wife Christine, of New Alexandria; one daughter, Jill Lynn Laroussi, of McLean, Virginia; one granddaughter, Hattie Hughes; three sisters, Irene Neil, of Derry, Patricia Geary, and her friend Dick Ashley, of Derry, and Vonnie Wissinger, and her husband Wayne, of Derry; several nieces and nephews; and her very special friends Bonnie Moore and Brenda Bridge.

Interment at St. Mary’s Byzantine Cemetery, Bradenville.
