GRANT C. WACHTER died at his home in Gettysburg on Wednesday evening from a complication of diseases, aged 55 years. Some years ago the deceased suffered a nervous breakdown and since that time had been ill. About two weeks ago, he fell backward down a flight of steps at his home. It is believed that internal injuries resulted.
The deceased is survived by 5 children, all at home. One sister and three brothers also survive.
Interment was made at Utica Mills, Md. on Saturday.
