GORDON THOMAS LOWE, 47, of 1305 Sixth Ave., died of exposure Dec. 19. His body was found at an abandoned house on Fifth Street and Dr. Thomas Bennett, state medical examiner, ruled the death accidental.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Kingsway Cathedral, and burial will be in Story Memorial Gardens in Ames.
Mr. Lowe, a member of Kingsway Cathedral, was born in Ames and lived in Des Moines since 1961.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Lowe, and two half-sisters, Judy Lockin and Helen House, both of des Moines; and a brother, Robert of Ames.
Friends may call after noon today at Hamilton's Funeral Home.
