Thomas Clair Parker was born in 1886 in Schuyler Co., Missouri to Thomas and Frances Parker.
His occupation was as a civil engineer. As an adult he lived in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, California, Alaska and Idaho and also served in the military during WWI. He worked for the Utah-Idaho Sugar Co. and then went to work for the National Park Service as superintendent of Zion National Park and then Crater Lake National Park in Oregon.
He married Margaret Snyder prior to WWI. They had one son, Thomas Cantrell Parker.
Thomas Clair Parker died in Salt Lake City at the age of 69yrs. Margaret had died following surgery many years prior to Thomas's death. Both are buried in Mt. Olivet Cem. in SLC, Utah.
