Earl was my Uncle Jim's Son, I found his obituary in the archives of the Monroe Evening Newspaper, The picture was also taken from the paper, It's poor quality but the only picture I have been able to find of him as of this date.

Earl Leach, 61, of Monroe died
at 11:08 p.m. Friday in the Mercy Memorial Hospital emergency room. He had been ill for three years.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Rupp Funeral Home, where services will be at 2 p.m.
Tuesday. The Rev. Alfred R. Whittaker, pastor of the Victory Temple Church of God, will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle.
Born Jan. 10, 1936, in Claibome County, Tenn., he was the son of James R. and Ettie J. (McCarty) Leach.
He married Cecil D. Guy on June 8, 1957, in Tennessee.
He worked 17 years at Time Container and then the Howard Ternes Packaging Co., taking a medical retirement in 1993.
He was a member of the Victory Temple Church of God.
Surviving are his wife; six sons, Kenneth W. Leach, Dennis Leach, Randy Leach, Ronnie Leach,
Bobby Leach and Ray Leach, all of Monroe; a daughter, Mrs. Jeff (Bonnie) Stanifer of Alexis, N.C.;
three brothers, Clyde Leach of Kokomo, Ind., Conley Leach of Middlesboro, Ky., and Andy Leach of Monroe; two sisters,
Edith Patterson of Kokomo, Ind., and Edna Carpenter of Middlesboro, Ky., and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Hayes, Carl, Junior and Sherman Leach, and a sister, Mary Turner.
Memorials may be made to the Victory Temple Church of God.
