He graduated in 1970 from St. Regis Falls High School also studying Building Trades Carpentry at N. Franklin BOCES in Malone. After graduation, he enlisted in the US NAVY, proudly serving 4 years and earning an honorable discharge. After his time served, he then resumed his love of carpentry; being self-employed and working for various contractors. In 2001, he built Twin Pines Quick Stop for his brother Tony. Tim also owned and operated the Adirondack Laundromat and Car Wash for 25 years, retiring in 2013.
He was a member of St. Regis Falls Sportsman's Club, American Legion, and Camp Luck Hunting Club which was started by his father, Manley. He had a love of the outdoors, fishing, hunting, sports cars and NASCAR racing.
He was survived by 2 sisters: Cathy Labar and Mrs. Roger (Judy) Peck;2 brothers: Tracy (Tracie) and Ton (Pam); and nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was never married.
He was predeceased by his father in 1986 and his mother in 2005.
