Gerald Arnold "Jerry" Hogan, of N. Chesterfield, passed away March 12, 2016. He moved to Richmond during childhood and graduated from Manchester High School in 1955. He retired from AT&T and worked for Richmond Alarm Company and Dominion Aviation Service. At age 16, he became the youngest pilot in Richmond. He served in the Virginia Air National Guard and enjoyed flying with Wingnuts Flying Club.

Surviving are daughters, Brenda H. Staehle (George) and Melissa H. Bullard (Rob); grandchildren, Sarabeth Wise (Brandon), Dana Barefoot (Andrew), Jacob Bullard and Nicholas Bullard; great-grandchildren, Carson and Elijah Barefoot and Mary Wise.
Service will be Saturday, March 19, 2016, followed by interment Dale Memorial Park.
