Boyd Ray Hurtt, age 79, of Sulphur Springs, Arkansas, died Monday, March 14, 2016 in Bentonville, Arkansas.
He was born November 23, 1936 in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas to Roy and Grace (McHenry) Hurtt.
He worked with Cooper Communities for many years and later was a truck driver for Tyson where he would retire. His passion was his horses and meeting at the coffee shop with friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janice; a daughter, Jana Lierly; a granddaughter, Jodi Hurtt; a brother, Eugene Hurtt; and two sisters, Retha Frizzell and Lorine Young.
He is survived by a son, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren,, a brother and a sister.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers,
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2016 at Benton County Memorial Park cemetery in Rogers.
