Virginia "Ginny" Goldsby
Our loving and most caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Virginia Goldsby peacefully passed away October 17, 1998, surrounded by her loved ones.

Born May 19, 1908 to Walter and Anna May Pierce. Married Francis Vincent (deceased), later married her soul mate Fred W. Goldsby of 39 years who precedes her in death. Virginia retired from the Utah State Tax Commission after 31 years of service.

Ginny, with her fiery red hair and sparkling green eyes, was always so loving and thoughtful toward others. God saw that she was getting tired and put his arms around her and said "come with me." Although her family loved her dearly, this could not make her stay. Her heart of gold stopped beating and was put to rest. God broke many hearts to prove to us that he took back one of his best.

Survived by her daughter, Carol (husband Bob Lochrie); granddaughters, Dianna (husband Bill Haislip), Terrie Lochrie, Kim (husband Scott McHugh). Great-grandchildren, Jason and Jared McGrath, Britt (husband Shawn Graham), and Sean McHugh.

A special thanks to the caring friends at Chateau Brickyard Retirement Home and those at Saint Mark's Hospital who made her last hours comfortable.

In celebration of her life, family and friends may join together at Larkin Mortuary (260 East So. Temple), Thursday, October 22, 1998 at 2 p.m. Graveside services will be immediately following at Mount Olivet Cemetery (1342 E. 500 S).

We will miss you and always love you.
