Thomas Edward Bradshaw, 67, was born on Feb. 5, 1949 to William & Margie Bradshaw in Stockton California. Tom resided in Butte County for over 12 years. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. During his career as a truck driver he traveled the highway for 40 years. Tom passed away in Oroville California on March 11, 2016. Inurnment will take place at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon California where services will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to Oroville Funeral Home (530) 533-0323

Thomas E. Bradshaw Sr. 67 passed away peacefully, surrounded by family in his home in Oroville, CA. on March 11, 2016 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Tom was born on February 5, 1949 in Stockton, CA. to William and Margie Bradshaw. He was a very special person to many people, the type of man everyone loved. A loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, dear friend, and neighbor.

Tom served in the Army during the Vietnam War 1969-1971 and was very proud of serving his country. He was a very giving person donating to many charities near and far whenever possible. Tom was the kind of man to give the shirt off his back to anyone in need and not complain about it. He had a great sense of humor and loved to joke around, even in his sick days he was the one trying to make the nurses laugh. His favorite things to do were to go for long drives in the country, spend time with his family/friends and walking his dog Trixie.



Tom is survived by his children Thomas Bradshaw of Yuba City, CA. and Kristine Dobbins (John Dobbins Jr.) of Marysville, CA. 7 grandchildren Amber Bradshaw of Yuba City, CA, Michael Dobbins of Yuba City, CA, Leyna Whitcomb of Buffalo NY, Alex Hochberg (Janessa Hochberg) of Los Angeles CA, Justin Dobbins, Brandon Dobbins, and Amanda Dobbins of Marysville, CA, 6 great-grandchildren Isabella Dobbins and Summer Dobbins of Yuba City, CA. Micah Whitcomb of Buffalo, NY, Marisol Hochberg of Los Angeles, CA, Ayden Dobbins and Trayce Dobbins of Marysville, CA. Tom is also survived by 6 brothers, 4 sisters and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, his son Keith Bradshaw, 1 brother, his ex wife and two long term girlfriends.

Funeral Services for Tom will be held on Friday March 25, 2016 at 3pm. at

Sacramento Valley National Cemetery 5810 Midway Rd.,Dixon, CA.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will follow at the American Legion Post 807, 5477 Feather River Blvd. Marysville, CA

All friends and family are invited to attend.
