Surviving are a daughter, Alice A. Ummel of Fremont; a son, Roger E. of Indianapolis; a brother, Walter M. English of Indianapolis; a sister, Alice B. Eager of Boulder, Colo.; and six
grandchildren.

Services at 10 a.m. Thursday at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road. Calling from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday; Entombment in Lindenwood Cemetery.

Memorials to First Wayne Street United Methodist Church or Purdue University.
