Mr. Hunter passed away Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006 at his residence. He was born in Tarrant County, November 14, 1955 the son of Charles Arthur & Audrey Evelyn Cockrell Hunter. He married Terri Townsend Hunter December 8, 1977 in Tarrant County.
David ran a wrecker service and was in the Army for 7 years, and was a member of Miracle Faith Baptist Church in Emory. He was Captain and a long time member of Emory Volunteer Fire Dept.
He is survived by his wife, Terri Townsend Hunter of Emory; son, Daimen Scott Hunter & wife Dana of Emory; daughter, Audrey Evelyn Hunter of Commerce; grandchildren, Jasmin, Jaida, Zachary, McKenzie and 1 unborn grandson; brother, Bill Card of Richland Hills; sister, Anita Kay Fenimore of Ft. Worth; father-in-law, Troy Townsend of Sulphur Springs and numerous nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
