Andrew J. Doherty Instantly Killed in the St. Louis Railway Yards.
Shortly before midnight last night Andrew J. Doherty, a switchman, employed in the Minneapolis and St. Louis Railway yards, was crushed to death between freight cars.

The deceased commenced work for the St. Louis company on April 12. He was unmarried, and about twenty-one years of age. His parents reside near Sioux City, Iowa, but he has two brothers and a sister residing in Minneapolis.

The mangled body of Andrew Doherty, who was crushed by cars on the St. Louis tracks early Sunday morning, was at Warner’s undertaking rooms all day yesterday. An examination of the remains was made yesterday afternoon and an inquest will probably be held this afternoon.
