Mrs. Sandy May Hughes, age 56 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016.
Mrs. Hughes was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 1, 1960, the daughter of the late Dale Edwin Stout and Helen Ruth Middleton Stout. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and was a member of Beulah Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Larry Ellis Hughes; sons and daughters-in-law, Barry and Ashley Hughes of Carrollton, Brad and Ashley Hughes of Bremen and Chris and Jill Hughes of Villa Rica; grandchildren, Eric Cole, Caden Hughes, Caleb Hughes, Chloe Hughes, Levi Hughes, Corbin Hughes, Maddy Hughes and Marlee Swanson; sisters, Debra Wentz of Carrollton and Vicky Russell of Patterson, Missouri; mother-in-law, Martha Hughes of Carrollton; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Kathy and Duane Wallace; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Stout; father-in-law, Harry Hughes and sister-in-law, Carol Hughes Lands.
Funeral service will be Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Beulah Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Drake officiating.
Pallbearers will be members of Buck Creek Lodge # 639.
Interment will be in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery.
