Sheila Yvonne Lewis was born to Paul Datcher Lewis and Ruby Mae Runnels Lewis on October 26, 1970 in Henderson, Rusk County, Texas. Sheila received her education from Henderson Independent School District, graduating in 1989. Some of her active roles during her tenure at Henderson High School were pep Squad, basketball, track, shot put, discus, FHA, HERO, and received one UIL medal. After graduation, Sheila attended Kilgore College and completed her study of Cosmetology.
Sheila was a member of Jenkins Memorial C.M.E. Church and later united with the Father's House in Henderson. She was a faithful member and served as a Sunday school teacher, as well as in the nursery. Sheila never met a stranger and will be missed by many. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Adrian Lewis.
