Mr. Matthew David Simmons was born July 31, 1971 in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and passed away on March 14, 2016, at his home in Deberry, Texas. He was one of two sons born to Michael Lester and Mickey Lynn Ingram Simmons. Matt was a truck driver for OV Services and the previous owner of F&S Vacuum. Mr. Simmons loved guns, fishing, NASCAR and was a loyal New Orleans Saints fan. He is preceded in death by his parents; grandfather, Lester Simmons and uncle, Ted Ingram.
