Ms. Lisa Renata Hughes, 50, of New Haven, CT, formerly of LaFayette, AL passed away on Friday, 4 Mar 2016 at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. (CST) at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL with Rev Ed Vines officiating. Burial will follow at Handy Cemetery in LaFayette, AL.
Ms. Hughes is survived by her mother, Patti Hughes, two sisters: Sabra Hughes and Dawn Ruth (Major), all of New Haven, CT, three aunts, Faye Brock and Carolyn James, both of Lanett, AL and Evelyn Brock of New Haven, CT, two uncles, Walter Brock (Zelma) of Lanett, AL and Charles Brock of Columbus, GA, nephew, Brandon Hicks and niece, Nia Ruth, both of New Haven, CT, two supportive family friends, Mary Driffin of Columbus, GA and Brenda Pless of New Haven, CT, and many other family members including, Christopher Smith of Baltimore, MD.
