Gypsy Noel Long, 92, formerly of Frankfort, Kentucky, died at Taylorsville Health Care Center in Taylorsville June 24, 1993. A native of Owen County, she was the daughter of the late Edward G. Noel and Carrie Lee Noel, widow of June W. Long; and a member of North Fork Baptist Church. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Harold W. (June Doris) Harrod and Mrs. Charles T. (Betty Ann) Penn, both of Frankfort; three sons, Billy Russell Long of Georgetown, Gene Louis Long and Edgar Earl Long, both of Frankfort; a sister, Lillian Suter of Frankfort; a brother, John Louis Noel of Elsmere; nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Woodford County, Kentucky.
