Jessie Faye Welch was born on May 8, 1920 in Qualls, OK the daughter of Francis W. and Alta Mae (Anthony) Enlow.
Jessie grew up in North Eastern Oklahoma and loved the outdoors and all that nature had to offer. Jessie enjoyed gardening and just working out in the yard. She also loved visiting with her family and friends and enjoyed the many hours spent with them.
Jessie was married twice during her life, her first husband being Jack Blair with whom she raised her family. Jessie then would marry James Edward Welch who she cared for and loved until his passing.
Jessie passed away from this life on August 30, 2012 with her family by her side.
Jessie is preceded in death by her parents and her Husband James Edward Welch, two children Elva Edwards and George M. Blair; her Brothers and sisters: Elva Hammond, Iva Hendricks, Lela Myrtle Enlow, Bonnie Brown, Roy Enlow, Rual Enlow, Webster Enlow, Sylvia Coursey, Ida Thompson, and Mary Davis.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons Jack Blair, Don Blair and James Blair and a daughter Connie Blair, 14 grand children, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great ,great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
