CONNERSVILLE, Ind. – Keitha Mae Wilson, age 86, of Connersville, Indiana, died Monday, March 14, 2016, at Caroleton Manor. Born July 17, 1929, in Richmond, Indiana, to Chester Keith ‘Pete’ and Marie M. Smith Chenoweth, Keitha lived most of her life in this area. She was a 1947 graduate of Centerville High School. Keitha had worked in the office at ALCOA for 30 years, retiring in 1978. She volunteered in the office at the Whitewater Valley Railroad. Keitha was a member of the Christian Missions Outreach and Whitewater Valley Art Association, and she served on the Advisory Board at New Creations. She was a talented artist and enjoyed quilting, traveling, and being around horses. Keitha was also a licensed pilot. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Leland Wilson, to whom she was married on April 12, 1952; two nieces, Andrea Chenoweth of Florida and Bethany (Troy) Weaver of Fishers, Indiana; nephew, Josh (Rebeckah) Chenoweth of Dayton, Ohio; great-nephew, Bryce Weaver; sister-in-law, Shirley (David) Lavy from Hagerstown, Indiana; and many special friends, including Linda Howard and Tim and Bonnie Cummings. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Lowell Chenoweth. Visitation for Keitha Mae Wilson will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2016, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016, with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Mike Heimsoth and Rev. Timothy W. Cummings officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
