Caroline immigrated to Canada with her husband & 2 children that were born in Germany. The 4 of them sailed out of Hamburg, Germany on April 01, 1857 on the ship "Copernicus".

After arriving in Quebec City they headed west & settled in the Region of Waterloo County, Ontario.

Caroline was the Mother of 7 children. The 1st two were born in Germany.
1. Wilhelmina Reck (Kay) 1855-1920.
2. William Edward Reck 1857-1896.
3. Adam Reck 1859-1937.
4. Charles Reck 1860-1887.
5. Annie Reck 1862-1912.
6. Frederick "Fritz" Reck 1865-1939.
7. Elizabeth Reck (Uhrig) 1869-
