Elaine Married Robert Arthur Edginton on Sep 20 1950 in the Salt Lake Temple. Elaine was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, canning and decorating her home with all kinds of homemade crafts. She was a member of the LDS Church and worked for many years as work director for the Relief Society. Art & Elaine lived in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake for over 50 years. Elaine was fortunate to live close to her widowed mother who developed arthritis at an early age and so much of her time was spent in helping her lead a fulfilling life.

Art & Elaine were friendly with their neighbors and developed lasting friendships with so many wonderful people. In their later years Art & Elaine enjoyed traveling and seeing the desert bloom in Quartzsite Arizona and also visiting Mexico, and Hawaii several times.
