Wilma passed away on Friday, at IU Health Hospice House. She had worked at RCA and also with her husband driving a truck.
She was a member of Stanford Order of Eastern Star and the American Legion Auxiliary of Bloomington.
Surviving is a son, Thomas Tarter, a sister, Treva Byers and a brother Ralph Young, three grand-children, 12 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters, Thelma Whaley and Pauline Breedlove and an infant brother, Eugene. A great-grand-daughter and a nephew Wayne Young.
She requested no services and a private burial will be at a later date. The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard is handling arrangements.
