John A. Lane, age 82, of Dardanelle, AR died Friday, June 9, 2000 at the Dardanelle Hospital. He was the son of the late; James and Birtie Hurst Lane and a member of the Dardanelle First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by, two brothers, Shirley and William Lane.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Merritt Lane; a daughter, Jane Litsey of Dardanelle, AR; two sisters, Lorene Boone of Danville, KY and Thelma Mackey of Lexington, KY and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives.
