Zachariah Nixon married Elizabeth Page, daughter of Isaac Page and Damaris Shattuck Page (originally of Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts and settled within the community of Little River, Pasquotank Monthly Meeting, North Carolina after 1659).

Hinshaw North Carolina Quaker records list in Pasquotank Monthly Meeting Introduction that the will of "Isack Page" was recorded in the first book Women's Minutes. In this will, "dated 1680,4,30, He names Executors: Charles Prous and Henry White. Witnesses were Dorothy Prouse, Damaris Moris and Elizabeth Page. In this will he mentions his daughter, Damaris, and her children; his daughter Elizabeth, and provides for her if she marries Samuel Hill."
