Elmer E. "Jack" Turner III , 84, went to be with the Lord on March 11, 2016. He was preceded by his wife Billie Chiles Turner.
Jack is survived by his daughter Bari (Tony) McDuffie, son Tad (Kim) Turner , son Dale (Amanda) Turner, and Archie (Kathy) Bennett, and 12 grandchildren.
For many years he was a school teacher and football coach at Raleigh-Egypt High School and Millington Central High School, and he finished his teaching career at Houston High School.
He was a Korean War veteran with the United States Marine Corps.
Interment at Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the general fund at Decatur-Trinity Christian Church, 2449 Altruria Rd., Bartlett, Tn 38134.
