SPRINGHILL--Funeral services for C.D. Cheatham will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Bailey Mortuary with the Rev. J. P. Curry officiating, assisted by the Rev. Bob Andrews. Burial will be in the Springhill Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites.
Mr. Cheatham died Monday. He was retired from the International Paper Company after 33 years of service.
Mr. Cheatham was a member of the Quarter Century Club and a member of Springhill Masonic Lodge No. 348 and was a Shriner and 32nd degree Mason.
Survivors include his widow: one son of Bossier City; one daughter of Mesquite, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Irene Nichols of Springhill; two brothers, Willie Cheatham of Springhill and Carl S. Cheatham of Monroe; and four grandchildren.
