Interment will be held at Geneva City Cemetery, Geneva, GA. immediately following the service. Miss Baugh was born September 22, 1933 in Columbus, GA., the daughter of the late Elsie Gittins Baugh and James Edward Baugh Jr. She was a retired chief operator for AT&T. She was a member of Beallwood Baptist Church and the Truth Seekers Sunday School Class. Survivors include her sister, Sarah Baugh Richardson and husband Leonard of Columbus; nephew, James L.
