Otis was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe and Sylvia (Henderson) Arnold; daughter, Beaulah Bacon; brothers, Willie Berry and Bobby Arnold; sisters, Ida Brown and Luella Kirkwood; granddaughter, Letkia Davis; and father and mother-in-law, Joe and Beaulah Davis.
Otis was Father Arnold at Word of Life Ministries in Beach Park and two years ago he became an ordained Deacon. He worked at R. Lavin & Sons in North Chicago as a machine operator from 1973 until retiring in 1992 after 19 years of service.
Friends may meet with the family on Monday, October 2, 2006 from 11:00 Am until service time at 12:00 PM at Word of Life Ministries, 10215 W. Beach Rd., Beach Park with Apostle Ernest and Prophetess Barbara Taylor officiating. Entombment will follow at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee.
