MILITARY FUNERAL FOR LEONARD COENEN IS HELD ON MONDAY
Color Guard and Pallbearers From Wrightstown Legion Post.

WRIGHTSTOWN. Wis -- Leonard Coenen, 44, who died at a Green Bay hospital Thursday, following an appendicitis operation, was buried with military honors from the local American Legion hall, at ten o'clock Monday morning. The body was brought here from the Schauer and Schumacher funeral home, Green Bay and rested in state at the legion hall.
Deceased is survived by his widow, seven sisters, Mrs. M. Fisher, Mrs. Theodore Cornellisen, Mis. M. Vasers, Mrs. Henry Alberts, Mrs. Joseph Vanden Huvel. De Pere; Mrs. M. Hendricks. Wrightstown: and Sister Penlegren, Chicago; two brothers, Henry of De Pere and Frank of Greenleaf.
Color bearers and guard were August Grahl. J, C Baeten, Walter Ulrlch and Pete Nackers. Firing squad were Peter Kettenhoven, W. Golden, Victor Reblitz, Jake Baeten, Emmet Clancy, R. Knuth and John Vanden Zanden. Pallbearer were Robert Bacon, W. Ellis, Joseph Heimerl, John Baeten, George Meulemans, and John VerBoomen. Rev. A. L. Buytaert read the service at the grave.
