Eugene was born in Viper, Kentucky the Son of the late Elhannon Woods and the late Louise Branson Woods. Eugene was also preceded in death by his Wife, Maude Woods; Two Sons, Douglas Woods and Dale Alger Woods; Two Son-In-Laws, Gary Allen Cornett and Gilbert Pfistner; Daughter-In-Law, Patricia Woods; Great Grandson, Jimmy Mitchell.
Mr. Eugene Woods leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Four Sons, Donald Gene Woods & Donna of Franklin, OH, David Woods & Patty of Carlisle, OH, Dexter Glenn Woods & Christine of Viper and Dwayne Woods & Hazel of Viper; Four Daughters, Sarah Lou Pfistner of Franklin, OH, Sharlene Cornett of Viper, Sharon Pratt & Danny of Viper, Susan Medaris & Tommy of Hazard; Two Daughter-In-Laws, Jan Woods of Viper and Vicki Woods of Franklin, OH; Brother, Lloyd Woods of Viper; Four Sisters, Marjorie Caudill of Viper, Justine Campbell of Viper, Lelia Price & Georga of Lexington, and Willa Dean Mullins of Lexington, KY; 23-Grandchildren, 43-Great Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.
Funeral Services for Mr. Eugene Woods will be conducted on Sunday March 13, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Middle Fork Church of Christ at Viper, Kentucky with Mike Hall officiating. The Interment will follow in the Ben Cornett Cemetery located at Viper, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Church on Sunday from 11-1.
