Harold Marion Collinsworth age 89 of Brushy Fork, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016 at the Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born January 30, 1927 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Rollie and Addie Cooper Collinsworth. He was the husband of Barbara Helton Collinsworth, who preceded him in death. Survivors include two brothers Tommy Collinsworth and Luke (Sue) Collinsworth both of Chelsea, Michigan, two sisters Mary (Arnold) Higgins of Crossville, Tennessee and Jean Castle of Warsaw, Indiana, a special niece, Tammy Short and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, Harold is preceded in death by three brothers Guy Roark, Ben Roark and Clifford Collinsworth, and four sisters Anna Borders, Katherine Eisle, Wannie Allen and Betty Lou Collinsworth (infant). Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Saturday, March 12, 2016 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Wayne Short and Daniel Short officiating. Burial will follow in the Cooper Cemetery at Brushy Fork, KY.
