Timothy Joe Chappell, age 54, of Moody, AL passed away on February 27, 2015. Tim was a police officer with Moody and Birmingham, he was also a member of the St. Clair County Swat Team. He served as police chief for the city of Kimberly and worked in sales at Bass Pro Shop for Tracker Boats. He is survived by his wife, Mary A. Chappell, daughters, Tabatha Chappell, Krystin Chappell McDonald (Ryan), Shelby Chappell, Susan Butts (Chris), and Jennifer Fowler, and son Jason Fowler, parents, Bobby and Betty Chappell, brother Rodney Chappell (Tamala), grandchildren, Kylee Grace McDonald, Walker McDonald, Abi Fowler, Sam Fowler, Mason Reed, Alex Butts, Hazel Butts, Hannah, Bella, and Chylah.
