TABOR CITY -- Marcia Ellen Pierce Watts, 68 of Tabor City, N.C., formerly of Delco, N.C., died Thursday, July 14, 2011, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, N.C. She was the daughter of the late William Arrell Pierce and Mabel Ingold Pierce.
Mrs. Watts was a member of Delco Baptist Church and worked for DuPont Fiber Optic Company as a Clerical worker.
Survivors include a daughter, Jacqueline Elizabeth Fisher of Greensboro, N.C.; and two sons, William A. Watts of Delco N.C., and Oscar Rudolph Watts of Leland, N.C. Grandchildren: Kristen J. Watts, Alexandra K. Watts, Jacob M. Watts, Tempest D. Watts, T. Ariell Watts and Patricia M. Watts; Five Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, July 24, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at the McKenzie Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Eddie Watts officiating with burial following in the Pierce Cemetery, Hallsboro, N.C.
