She was a lifelong Joplin resident.
She married Kenneth Stratton on October 10, 1958, and although the marriage ended, they sustained a loving bond. He survives.
Her legacy includes her 2 children; 3 grandchildren, and 3 great granddaughters.
Also near and dear to her were her son in law, granddaughter-in-law, cousin Shirley, and aunt Ida Mae.
Frances has been taken for cremation.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin with Larry Dahnke, Minister, officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mason-Woodard Mortuary and Crematory of Joplin, MO.
