She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Juanita B. (Charles) Loney of Fayetteville, NC; James Edwards of Arkansas, Sarah N. (Ben) Griffin of Goldsboro, NC, Mary Ann (Larado) Bolware, Dorenda (James) Houston, all of Panama City, Fla.; 12 grandchildren, Gregory Barkley, Malcolm Barnes, Christopher Barnes, Chiffon Williams, Tiffany L. Daniels, Michael Hunt, Marcus, Rejoice, Tryone Bolware, Wilbert, Retina and Murray Cook; 17 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jessie Lee Patterson; four sisters, Margaret Byrd, Parselean Patterson, all of Panama City, Fla., Eloise Bass, of Virginia Beach, VA, and Alberta Williams of Orlando, Fla.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday May 21, 2011, at 11 a.m. at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 1942 E. Seventh St. in Panama City, Fla., with the Rev. Parnell Smith Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Redwood Cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until funeral service time. No wake service.
