Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery and Mausoleum in Albany, Ga.
Meadows Funeral Home of Albany, Ga., was in charge of arrangements with assistance from Beck Funeral Home.
Ms. Moore, 54, died on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Charita and her parents.
She is survived by her daughters, Vanessa Bishop-Moore of Leesburg, Ga. and Berniece Thomas of Carthage; one son, Joe Rush Sr. of Mansfield Texas,; two grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters.
