Sidney John "Buck" Berry, 59, of Providence, N.C., passed away on March 7, 2016, at Danville Regional Medical Center. He was born on March 15, 1956, in Danville, to Margaret Burchett Berry and Clifton John Berry. He worked at Goodyear and was of the Christian faith. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He is survived by his mother; son, James Edward Berry; sisters, Robin Stowe, Eddie Sue Abbott, Debra Hurley and Kelly Childress. He was predeceased by his father; a brother, Ricky Berry. Burial will be at Danville Memorial Gardens.
