George was the son of J.C. Harris, Jr. and Lorene Miller Harrisand the husband of Kathy Harrell Harris. He was a farmer, worked for Lowry Oil Company and was a member of Newland United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Men. He is survived by children Dory and Cody; siblings Pat, Carolyn, J.C., Tommy and Clary.
