Eugene H. Gragg, 88, Topeka, died Sat. Sept. 16, 1989, at a Topeka hospital.
Mr. Gragg was a carpenter before he retired in 1971.
He was born July 10, 1907, in Topeka, the son of Mell and Virginia Post Gragg. He lived in Valley Falls before he moved to Topeka in 1959.
Mr. Gragg was a veteran of WW II, having served in the infantry from Feb. 1945 to Oct. 1946.
He married Mary Woolaway July 2, 1938. She survives, along with five sons: Robert, Larry, Ronald and Dennis, all of Topeka and James, Williamsburg; three daughters: Patricia Benz, Jeannine Hedges and Deborah Gragg, Topeka; three sisters, and 20 grandchildren.
