Clinton "Norman" Smith, 76, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016. Known to his friends as "Stormin' Norman" was a native of Carroll County and peninsula resident for many years.
He never met a stranger and always had a wonderful story to tell he loved to go fishing and deer hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents Vergis and Thelma Smith, a sister Pearl and a brother Clyde.
He is survived by his brothers, Robert and Dean. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 11,2016 at in Monta Vista Memory Garden, Galax, VA where he will be placed next to his parents.
