Jimmy Duncan, 61, Muncie, passed away Monday morning, March 7, 2016 at home.
He was born June 3, 1954 in Muncie, the son of Kenneth and Martha (Moore) Duncan.
Jimmy worked as a CNA at area nursing homes including Liberty Village. He was an avid supporter of Southside High School sports activities. Jimmy enjoyed attending church, worshiping the Lord and listening to Praise Music. The love of his life was spending time with his grandson, Jordan and being with his "family and friends" at Liberty Village.
Survivors include his daughter, Alisha Ann Taylor; his mom, Martha Duncan; sister, Kathy Arnett; brothers, Kenneth Wayne Duncan, (wife, Patty), Jeff Duncan, (wife, Renee), Rick Duncan, (wife, Claudia), and Greg Duncan; grandson, Jordan Taylor; special aunt, Mildred Duncan; special friend, Gary Clidinst; several nieces; nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Kenneth Duncan.
Services will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 11, 2016 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, IN 47304. Entombment will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Family and friends may visit from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday or after 12:00 noon Friday at Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
