Donald "Joe" Radford, 68, of Rosston, Oklahoma died on March 6, 2016 at the Harper County Community Hospital in Buffalo, Oklahoma surrounded by many family members as well as close friends. He was born to William Asbury and Oklahoma "Homa" (Jump) Radford on June 6, 1947, eight miles west of Apache, Oklahoma. Joe attended school in the Cyril School District.

On May 13, 1967, Joe married the love of his life, Annette Rucker, in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Joe worked as a farmer/rancher until 2002 when he obtained his CDL License and drove a water, gravel and milk truck until he retired in February 2015. He loved all types of vehicles, fishing, hunting, animals and playing with his grandchildren as well as great grandchildren. Joe will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Joe is survived by his wife Annette of the home; daughter Charlotte (Jay) Howard of Bushland, TX; son Kevin (Laura) Radford of Alva, OK; four sisters, Millie (Tom) Thomas and Patsy Morris all of Duncan, OK, Dorothy (Roy Lee) Stowers of Bovina, TX and Betty (John) Vasquez of Plainview, TX; four grandchildren; one great grandchild and one great grandchild due in September; and many nieces and nephews that meant the world to him.
