Donald Eugene Wooten, Jr., 67, of Fayetteville, passed away on March 6, 2016. Mr. Wooten was born on October 18, 1948 to Hazel and Donald Eugene Wooten, Sr. in Atlanta, GA. He worked for Advance Auto Parts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Heather Wooten Anderson and his sister, Linda Acree.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie Storey Wooten; his son, Jamie Wooten of Fayetteville; his step-son, Christopher Tuten of Riverdale; his step-daughter, Misty Turpin of Talking Rock; six grandchildren; his sisters, Marie (Mickey) Edwards and Patty Hawkins, both of Fayetteville; his brothers, Hubert (Shirley) Wooten of Austell and Terry Wooten of Carrollton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 11:00 – 1:00 PM at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville Chapel. A graveside service will immediately follow the visitation at Fairview Memorial Park in Stockbridge.
