Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Lenore Vickery Epps.
Billie was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by a son, Landis Freeman (Claudette); two grandsons, Michael Anthony Freeman (Marie), and Anthony Leonard Freeman (Cathy); four great grandchildren, Preston, David, Jonathan, and Ashlyn Freeman; one aunt, Josephine Huffman; and three cousins, Dena Batson, Denise Davis, and Cindy Bishop.
In addition to her parents, Billie was preceded in death by a son, Randall Freeman.
Burial: Greenville Memorial Gardens.
