OBITUARY: "Mrs. Nona Wells Belveal died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Opal Bratt in Chicago, last Friday, Oct. 27, 1905, of paralysis. The remains arrived in this city, Saturday evening and the funeral was held at the Free Baptist church, Sunday afternoon, Rev. Parry officiating.
She leaves to mourn her loss her daughter, Mrs. Bratt, her mother Mrs. Sarah Wells of this city, one brother, S. C. Wells of Magnolia, and two sisters, Mrs. Wm Mabie of this city and Mrs. Barton of Council Bluffs, Iowa." - per "The Badger," Evansville, Rock Co., WI, 4 Nov 1905, Pg 1, Col. 4
