Mitzi Taylor, passed away in Union City, California on February 5, 2015 with her three children by her side. She passed six months after her cancer diagnosis at the age of 84. Mitzi was born in Japan and moved to the Sacramento area in 1964 with her husband, Carl Taylor (died 2004), and her three children. In 1970 she and her family moved to England for two years because of her husband's work. From 1972 until 5 months prior to her death, she resided in the Sacramento area where she was able to achieve her dream of obtaining a college degree. Later, she became a certified nurse's aid and worked at the Eskaton Manzanita nursing care facility during the 1980's. She is survived by her children Sachie Johns, Ken Taylor, and Cindy Taylor and her two sons in law Thom Johns and Greg Orzech. We will greatly miss her energetic spirit!
