Lael was born in Brunswick, GA, but lived all but 3 years in Wilmington. She graduated from New Hanover High School in 1965. These skills, along with her unconditional love, will surely be missed. She was an active member of 5th Avenue United Methodist Church from the age of three. She was an amazing woman who always offered a kind word and a bit of sunshine to brighten everyone's day.
Graveside memorial service will be held at 11am, Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Oakdale Cemetery.
